The Stats have been updated following this week’s matches.
In the Bright Motors Division One – things are very tight at the top with 5 teams being separated by just 3 points, it is shaping up to be one of the closest seasons in years. Big wins this week for Meole A, Meole F and Harlescott A and Unison lose their unbeaten record. John Barton leads the way in the player of the year standings on 8 victories with five players hot on his heals with 7.
In the ABF Carpets Division Two – its not quite so tight with Harlescott B on top with Wem C 4 points behind them. Harlescott were the only 5 nil winners this week in this division as all the other matches finished 3-2. In the player of the year Jon Hedger is top of the tree on 7 wins but there are seven players just behind him on 6 victories.
Next week is cup week, so if your team is still involved in the main or consolation cups make sure you know where and when you are playing. Also there are pairs and doubles matches arrange for this next week so again please check the draws so you know when you are playing.
