MEOLE ‘F’ 5 v UNISON ‘B’ 0
A massive win for the ‘F’ men. Dave Berry started it of with a bang 60-21 break 21. The 2nd was like the first Brendon Coote taking it 75-25. Then in the 3rd Andy Sparke’s did sparkle with an outstanding break of 46 and a 23 break in winning 119-11. Then Andy Bowers won the last well 62-23.

OLD SHREWSBURY ‘A’ 0 v MEOLE ‘A’ 5
This excellent win shoots Meole into the top spot. This was again a massive win. Tom Hancher started this off with two breaks of 20 in winning 87-21. Then Matt Ryder went higher 90-4. The 3rd winner was Ross Corfield then Mike Beasley had an excellent break of 40 in beating Tony Bennett 66-30.

HARLESCOTT ‘A’ 5 v BAGLEY ‘C’ 0
This was the 3rd full house. All big wins with Callum Wraight being the big one with an outstanding break of 45 in winning 92-14. Next best came Sean Nolan 82-23 with a 32 break. Then came Ade Rowe 70-28 with break’s of 22-21 & 25. The other winner was Mike Beer 78-37.

UNISON ‘A’ 1 v BEACONSFIELD ‘A’ 4
Unison were beaten on the new cloth after John Barton had just taken the first 68-50 break 21. The 2nd was like the first nip & tuck, Steve Adams just taking it 56-36. Jason Bright then had a good 31 break in winning 75-21. Then Ceri Richards won a tight final frame 65-41.

BAGLEY ‘A’ 1 v WEM USC ‘A’ 4
A comfortable win foe Wem despite going down in the first when Alan Ball beat Sam Breakes 62-44. They then had big wins from Jason Lockett 71-38. Iain Tinsley 63-30 & the top performance from Gavin Tommy 69-12.

BEACONSFIELD ‘B’ 1 v UNISON ‘F’ 4
A good performance from Unison who recovered from one down, after Mal Edwards had just lost out to Rob Jones 55-56. On 2nd Dave Thomas put in an excellent potting performance in defeating Geoff Evans 107-26 break 30. Then Danny Sumner out-potted Phil Ryan 76-34. At the back Gaz Hughes had a 25 clearance to beat Andy Baron 90-32.

BEACONSFIELD ‘C’ 2 v HARLESCOTT ‘D’ 3
In a tight first frame Martin Lewis with a 22 break just beat Russell Worrall who had a 20 break 47-44. The 2nd saw the deadly Shane Powell pull out some good pots & a 28 break in defeating Steve Farmer 123-12. In the 3rd Jon Hedger had a first defeat at the hands of Alan Childs who won well 60-46. Mike Ryder took the last frame off Steven Jones 67-30.

Games shared with Meole taking the aggregate thanks to two big wins Martin Blizard 74-36 & Geoff Balshaw 77-30. Arn Mulligan 53-43 & Adrian Trowsdale 55-46.

WEM USC ‘B’ 2 v WEM USC ‘C’ 3
In this Local match with Games shared & the ‘C’ men taking the aggregate after Duncan Hill had won 63-24 & at the back Greg Edwards 52-18. For the ‘B’ men Simon Perry 74-50 & Mark Perry 40-27.

HARLESCOTT ‘F’ 0 v HARLESCOTT ‘B’ 5
A full house for the Leaders Ian Evans set the balls rolling with a 50-26 win. Then Dave Ferriday had a big win 61-18. The best win of the night came from Mark Mason 86-30 over Billy Lenham. At the back Ian Ferriday only just beat Terry Burgess 57-48.

UNISON ‘E’ 3 v MEOLE ‘G’ 2
The ‘E’ men just win on the new cloth. Games were drawn in this match with the home team recording a aggregate win. Mike Hughes was best at 60-30, then Alex Nuttall 56-32. For the ‘G’ Slingers Andy Wigginton 48-37 & Martin Reader 56-47.
