The Stats have been updated following this week’s matches.
In Division One – No change at the top as Harlescott A maintain their healthy lead, and there were good victories for Beaconsfield B and Wem A.
But in Division Two things are much tighter at the peak of the table with three teams fighting it out for the gold medal. Currently Harlescott D lead the way by just one point over Wem Cons A with Old Shrewsbury only two points behind in 3rd. The highlight this week was a bonus point break by Wem’s Greg Edwards.
In the various competitions we only have four teams remaining in the Main & Consolation Cups likewise in the Doubles Competition. The remainder of the other competition matches are due to be played over the next 2 weeks, with the final monthly league meeting taking place on Monday 13th February at Harlescott starting at 7.30pm where all quarter final and semi final draws will take place.
Following on from our excellent win in the Inter-town Competition, we have been drawn at home again for the quarter final against Stourbridge which is taking place at Beaconsfield on Friday 17th February from 8pm.
