All the stats have been updated following this weeks matches.
In Division One – Harlescott A are still way out in front following another 5 nil victory, Unison A took 2 points off Meole A, which see’s Meole drop to 3rd but they do have 2 games inhand. Wem A and Preston Brockhurst also had full house victories this week.
In Division Two – No change at the top but the top of the table clash saw Wem Cons A just beating Harlescott D 3-2, this victory see’s Wem 3 points clear now of Harlescott. Old Shrewsbury are still biting at their heals though as they are only just a further 2 points behind Harlescott. Other matches saw excellent wins for Meole B and Unison F.
Previously we announced the sad passing of Harlescott’s Trevor Beamond, his funeral will be taking place on Friday 10th February at 12.30pm at Shrewsbury Crematorium with the wake at The Harlescott Social Club.

Finally, Friday saw Shrewsbury play their first match in the Inter-town Competition. It took place at Beaconsfield Club and our opponents were a very strong Telford A side, but our lads were up to the challenge and beat them 4-3 in a final frame decider. Congratulations to all who played on Friday as everyone put in really strong performances.
