UNISON ‘A’ 3 v MEOLE ‘F’ 2
John Barton got the pot boiling with breaks of 27-31 & a 22 clearance to defeat Dave Berry 100-12 to take the top performance of the week again. The 2nd saw Andy Bowers taking an excellent 33 break to take a big lead only for Colin Beaman to pull the lead back to win on the pink 66-61, two. The 3rd frame went down to the black, Mike Barnsley had a good 27 break but was still beaten 60-56 by Andy Sparkes on the black. In the last yours truly had the perfect start with a good 21 break only for Brendon Coote to take over with some excellent potting to win 68-41.

BEACONSFIELD ‘A’ 1 v WEM USC ‘A’ 4
After the Beacon went one up when Steve Adams won well 61-29. Then it all fell apart Jason Bright went down to Jason Lockett 69-58. Gavin Tommy won the 3rd well 60-26 & Ian Tinsley made it a big win to Wem 54-39.

OLD SHREWSBURY ‘A’ 4 v BAGLEY ‘A’ 1
Tony Bennett had the best win by beating Alan Ball 81-54. Next best was Matt Whitker 51-31 then Craig Weaver 45-27. Saving the brush for Bagley was Mike Keene with an excellent 65-26 win.

MEOLE ‘A’ 4 v UNISON ‘F’ 1
With only 3 players the Meole Lads pulled off a massive win. Tom Hancher put in the best performance in defeating Danny Sumner 82-34. Next best came Mike Beasley 76-29. The other winner was Matt Ryder 73-59. Gazz Hughes had a walk-over for the ‘F’ men.

BAGLEY ‘C’ 2 v UNISON ‘B’ 3
After last weeks big win it was back down to earth for the Bagley Lads. Just two
Winners at home Gary Prosser 53-38 & Mike Jones 72-42. For Unison Clive Phillips
51-35 & the best performance came from Andrew Cashion Taking the frame 66-29
And the aggregate for his team.

A massive away win by the League Leaders. Ian evans set this match a light by beating Tony Antrobus 88-37 Next best came Adrian Hanks 67-40, then Ian Ferriday 46-21 & Mark Mason 57-50.

A 2nd team with a massive win with Mike Hughes best with a 59-29 win. Then Kevin Ebrey 51-40. Alex Nuthall 60-50 & Martin Cane 56-52.

A very good four points for the ‘G’Slingers best being Andy Wigginton 76-31, then came Peter Price 58-36 & Martin Reader just getting home against Alan Childs 49-46. The best performance came from the visitors Ross Worrall 85-20.

A good home performance Simon Perry was best winner 71-41 then Alan Smith 56-47 & Mark Perry just getting home 47-45 playing Mike Ryder. The best win came from the visitors Jon Hedger 70-32.

WEM USC ‘C’ 4 v PRESTON BROCKHURST ‘A’ 1
The Wem Lads on cruise for promotion from this league after good wins from, Glynn Edwards 66-27. Peter Day 77-38 & Duncan Hill 65-25. For the Brock Glynn Buckley won well 50-37.
