This was an excellent win for the ‘F’ men over last year champion’s. Dave Berry was the star of the show in beating Mike Brezwyn 82-46 break 28. The other outstanding winner was Chris Smith over Callum Wraight 71-55, That’s the practice I gave Chris. The other good winner Brendon Coote 59-28. For the visitors Adrian Rowe 46-22.

BEACONSFIELD ‘B’ 3 v BAGLEY ‘C’ 2
A thriller was played at the Beacon, games going one way then the other Rob Jones wins 53-40. Back came Bagley with Russ O’Cullaghan 67-46, Then Phil Ryan with a big 73-27 win. Gary Prosser with a 25 clearance to take the last 55-36.

Big win by the league leaders Only Ceri Richards just made it 55-47. Other winners Steve Adams 71-29. Dave Davies 92-36 and Jason Bright 77-24.

Only Neil Chislett won for The ‘B’ Lads. John Teckoe rolled back the years by being star of the show winning 95-27 with 25 clearance. Mike Barnsley 58-38 & John Barton 66-44.

UNISON ‘F’ 2 v OLD SHREWSBURY ‘A’ 3
A great result for the Shrew’s with wins from Craig Wheaver 66-52 & a big win at the back for Tony Bennett 68-14 to take the aggregate by 13 points. Haydn Cross won well 70-38 break 27. The other winner was Dave Thomas 57-34.

WEM USC ‘A’ 2 v MEOLE ‘A’ 3
A good points haul by Meole with Ross Corfield being star of the show by winning at the back 66-6 with breaks of 25 & 21 the other winner was Tom Hancher 70-38. For Wem Sam Breakes 61-52 break 27 & Ian Tinsley 56-39.

This was a good home win for the Meole men Martin Blizard started it off 41-26 & Pete Conner got the aggregate for them winning 68-25. 22 clearance. For Wem A.Smith 48-41 & Mark Perry 43-17.

The G’Slingers have a good start from Brian Price 50-29, then fade against the leaders Dave Ferriday 71-45, Mark Mason 66-31 & Ian Ferriday just winning a tight frame 62-61.

The Visitors won this after two excellent wins in the middle from Mike Hughes 66-17 & the top performance in this Division from Martin Cane 66-17. For the ‘D’ men Russ Worrall 62-40 & Alan Childs 56-40.
