In the Bright Motors Division One – Great wins for Meole Brace F and Beaconsfield A beating Harlescott A and Bagley A respectively, while Unison A continued their fine start to the season with another 4-1 victory this week over Unison B. Meanwhile Harlescott A have had their worst start to a season since the year 1824, picking up only 2 points from their first two matches. (They are giving everyone a head start and are challenging themselves to see how long it will take to climb from the bottom to the top of the table)
In the ABF Carpets Division Two – Harlescott D and Beaconsfield D enjoyed 4-1 victories. Its very early days yet but Harlescott D will be hoping to bounce straight back into the first division and are already showing their class in the second division.
This following week is cup week, so please make sure you know where and when your team is playing and what the starting handicaps are.
